Why isn't the home I want on Zillow?
Some homes are marketed privately before, or instead of, a public listing. In 2026 the major portals and brokerages are in open conflict over these private listings, so no single website shows every home for sale.

Where these homes go
Homes held as office exclusives, coming-soon listings or private listings can sell without ever appearing on a public portal. Sellers choose this for privacy, to test a price, or to avoid a public price history.
What buyers can do
Ask your agent how they find homes that never reach the portals, and whether they can show you other brokerages' coming-soon inventory. On Chimpre, active buyers and their agents are introduced to homes that fit their search, including homes that are not public.
See who is looking for a home like yours
Chimpre introduces your home to agents whose active buyers are searching for a home like yours, in your area, at your price, with the space they need. Your agent shows you who is interested before anything goes public.
