Who we are
Chimpre is a private network for buying and selling homes. It is operated by Chimpre Real Estate Group, a team brokered by eXp Realty, LLC. Real estate services are provided by licensed agents, not by the platform.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Agents and representation
Your agent represents you. Chimpre does not represent buyers or sellers, give legal or tax advice, or guarantee any price, match or outcome.
Costs
Joining Chimpre costs nothing. When you buy or sell, you work with your own agent under the agreement you sign with them, the same as any home sale.
Private homes
Homes on Chimpre are shared privately. You agree not to copy, publish or share a private home’s details, photos or address outside Chimpre.
Calls and notes
Chimpre takes call notes only for people who agree. Calls are not recorded and no transcript is saved.
Fair housing
Chimpre follows the Fair Housing Act and state fair housing laws. Matching never uses race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
Ending your account
You can close your account anytime from Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
