What Chimpre collects, why, who sees it and the choices you have.

What we collect
- Waitlist details: whether you are selling, buying or an agent, your name, email and ZIP code, and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address that we use only to stop abuse.
- Account details: name, email, phone and password.
- Home details you add: address, features, photos and price goals.
- Buying needs: areas, budget and must-haves.
- Call notes and summaries, only from calls everyone agreed to record.
- Basic device and usage data to keep the service secure.
How we use it
To match buyers and sellers, connect you with agents, run deals, send the emails you’ve chosen and keep accounts safe.
Who sees what
- Your home’s address is shown only to agents who express interest in it.
- Your name stays private until an offer is made.
- Your agent sees your full record. Other agents see only what a match needs.
Clients of outside agents
If you came to Chimpre with your own agent, we will not market to you or connect you with any other agent.
Your choices
Change your emails anytime from any email or from Email preferences. You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing ML@chimpre.com.
