How does Chimpre work?
Chimpre introduces homes to agents whose active buyers are searching for a home like them, before anything goes public. Sellers and buyers are represented by licensed agents throughout.

For homeowners
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | You tell us about your home, or your agent adds it. |
| 2 | You review the listing and approve it with one signature. |
| 3 | Your agent shares it, when you are both ready, with agents whose active buyers are looking for a home like yours. |
| 4 | You see the interest, showing requests and offers, with your agent advising you. |
| 5 | You accept an offer, or decide with your agent to go public. |
For buyers
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | You tell us what you are looking for and verify your financing. |
| 2 | You are introduced to homes that fit, including homes that are not public. |
| 3 | Your licensed agent requests showings and writes offers. |
For agents
Chimpre is a network across brokerages. Agents bring their own clients, introduce listings privately with the seller's approval, and reach agents whose buyers are verified and ready.
What Chimpre is
Chimpre is a technology platform, not a real estate brokerage. Real estate services are provided by licensed agents. Chimpre follows fair housing law: introductions are based only on a home's location, price, size, features and terms, and on a buyer's search for those same things.
See who is looking for a home like yours
Chimpre introduces your home to agents whose active buyers are searching for a home like yours, in your area, at your price, with the space they need. Your agent shows you who is interested before anything goes public.
