Opening soon in Georgia, Florida and Virginia
Sell your home privately to buyers who are ready, or find your next home before everyone else is looking. Your own agent with you at every step.
See who is looking for a home like yours before you decide how to sell. No sign in your yard, and no public days on market unless you choose them.
Tell us what you want once. We match you with homes as owners get ready to sell, and your agent guides every showing and offer.
Bring your listings and your buyers from any brokerage. Your clients stay yours.

Chimpre is built by a working REALTOR®, for the way homes are really bought and sold. Every buyer and seller on Chimpre has their own agent, and nothing about your home is shared without your say.

An off-market home is for sale without being advertised to the public on the MLS or on sites like Zillow. Buyers hear about it through agents and private networks instead. On Zillow, "off market" usually means something different: the home is not for sale right now.
Yes. Sellers choose how their home is marketed. Under MLS rules, once an agent markets a listing to the public it generally has to be shared on the MLS within one business day, so a private sale stays private, and the seller confirms that choice in writing.
Sometimes, and it is worth knowing before you decide. A September 2026 study for ARELLO, the association of state real estate regulators, found private listings sold about 1% below expected prices in 2024 and 2025, while coming-soon listings sold slightly above. Chimpre shows you real buyer demand first, so you can choose a private sale or the open market with that in hand.
Yes. Financing works the same way it does for any purchase. Your lender reviews the home and your loan as usual, and your agent handles the offer and contract.
No. Joining Chimpre and the waitlist costs nothing. When you buy or sell, you work with your own agent under the agreement you sign with them, the same as any home sale.
You can bring your own agent from any brokerage, or work with a REALTOR® on the Chimpre team. Either way, your agent represents you, not the platform.
Early agents set up their listings and buyers first, so matches start the day Chimpre opens.
