What are Zillow's listing access standards in 2026?

Zillow's standards restrict listings that are marketed publicly but withheld from broad distribution. Zillow revised them on March 17, 2026, dropping a one-business-day MLS deadline while still barring gated or registration-walled consumer marketing.

What this means for listing agents

Marketing a listing to consumers behind a registration wall can put it in conflict with Zillow's standards. Presenting a listing agent to agent, with the seller's written approval, is a different activity, but rules are moving quickly. Check your broker's current guidance before any private marketing.

How Chimpre fits

Chimpre does not show private listings to consumers. Listings are introduced agent to agent, only after the seller signs, and buyers see a home through their own licensed agent.

See who is looking for a home like yours

Chimpre introduces your home to agents whose active buyers are searching for a home like yours, in your area, at your price, with the space they need. Your agent shows you who is interested before anything goes public.
