How to see your number
Ask your agent for a net sheet at a realistic price. It lists every cost above and shows what you keep. Compare offers by net proceeds, not by the headline price.
How it works on Chimpre
Your agent prepares your net sheet, and you can see it update as offers come in from agents representing active buyers.
See who is looking for a home like yours
Chimpre introduces your home to agents whose active buyers are searching for a home like yours, in your area, at your price, with the space they need. Your agent shows you who is interested before anything goes public.
